A small word from Europe

Hello Frances, Christine, Francois and Wally, 

A small word from Europe where we are with Olivier. We have just finished a big wine exhibition in Italy, called Vinitaly. When Xav came for a drink (a few drinks) at our place in Shanghai, a few weeks ago, we have decided to save an evening during the exhibition to do what we love to do: eat great food, with couples of nice bottles and good company, easy life!! 

Not a single day of this exhibition passed without a big thought for Xav, and a few cheers to him (maybe more than that, as the wines are quite good here!!).

Xav, we will do this next year, for sure, but anyway we have saved a few good bottles for you that we are bringing back to SH, and will wait quietly for you in the cellar!!! 

Reading the comment of Katja and Oliver, reminds me the great times we had then in Shanghai with this group of friends. For photo to post, I’ll try to get some of the old times in shanghai ;-).

We are sending you all lots of energy to go through this tough times, and hope to see you soon in Beijing.
